Company history
Im Jahr 2003 wurde eine in Georgia ansässige Einrichtung namens Automation Logistics Annaberg Corporation von Elektrobau Annaberg GmbH zusammen mit ELEBA Elektro- und Haustechnik GmbH gegründet. Diese deutschen Unternehmen verfügen über langjährige Erfahrung in der Automatisierungsbranche in ganz Europa.
Im Jahr 2005 wurde die Herrmann Elektrotechnische Anlagen GmbH & Co. KG Partner, und der Hauptsitz des Unternehmens wurde nach Florida verlegt.
Das Unternehmen sollte als Automation Logistics Corporation bekannt sein. Uwe & Frank Herrmann übernahmen im Jahr 2011 die Automation Logistics Corporation. Im Jahr 2012 wurde die Automation Logistics Corporation Mehrheitsaktionär von Zeroks USA LLC.
Im Jahr 2013 eröffnete die Automation Logistics Corporation eine Tochtergesellschaft in Dresden, Deutschland, um ihre europäischen Kunden effektiver betreuen zu können.
In 2023 Automation Logistics Corporation purchased Zeroks USA LLC in its entirety and changed the name to Milestone Automation LLC.
